Colca Lodge
Rustically styled lodge in a beautiful riverside location, with its own thermal baths and a cosy atmosphere that places an emphasis on relaxation.
The rustically styled Colca Lodge has a stunning location among ancient terraces on the banks of the River Colca. It’s 165km from Arequipa by scenic road up towards the Andes, sheltered in a sunny valley perfect for exploration on foot or even on horseback.
The modest-looking thatched stone cottages belie a higher degree of comfort and quality once inside. Beautifully crafted wooden and stone furnishings inspired by Inca artefacts create a cosy atmosphere with an emphasis on relaxation. There’s an attractive restaurant serving up an Andean-inspired fusion menu.
The area is rich in hot springs, but this hotel is the only property to have its own thermal baths on the property. Other activities which can be arranged include trekking, biking, rafting and visits to Inca sites.
