Casa Sandra
Casa Sandra is a laid-back boutique style hotel on Isla Holbox, managed by the owner, a prolific artist.
Casa Sandra is a unique, boutique-style hotel on the vehicle-free, relax-zone which is the island of Holbox just off the north coast of the Yucatán peninsula. The owner, Sandra Pérez, is a full-time artist, and the property is decorated with many examples of her work.
She aims to create a haven of peace and relaxation, so the 18 guest rooms, otherwise simply and beautifully decorated and furnished with rustic-chic wooden and wicker furniture and floaty drapes, do not have TV, Wifi or telephones. But you can look out towards the calm, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the hotel’s beach club, there is a restaurant offering romantic dining and the garden pool is a hidden delight.
