Zipline in Mayflower Bocawina National Park

Zip across the treetops in a lush tropical rainforest reserve in Belize’s Mayan Mountains.
See the rainforest from a different perspective as you glide through the canopy of one of southern Belize’s most biodiverse protected areas.
Stretching from the foothills of the Maya Mountains towards the Caribbean coast, Mayflower Bocawina National Park protects a landscape of broadleaf rainforest, waterfalls and wildlife-rich river valleys. Hidden within this forest is one of Belize’s best-known zipline courses, offering a bird’s-eye view of the jungle canopy.
After a safety briefing and equipment fitting, you’ll make your way between a series of platforms connected by cables that pass high above the forest floor. As you travel through the canopy, there is the opportunity to appreciate the scale of the rainforest and spot some of the birds and wildlife that inhabit the park.
The experience combines a sense of adventure with an opportunity to engage more closely with Belize’s natural environment. For many visitors, it provides a welcome contrast to the country’s archaeological sites and marine attractions, while remaining firmly rooted in the landscapes that make Belize so rewarding to explore.
