About the Galapagos Conservation Trust

The Galapagos Conservation Trust is the only UK registered charity to focus exclusively on the conservation and sustainability of the Galapagos archipelago.

Launched in 1995 at the Royal Society, the Galapagos Conservation Trust has supported a vast array of conservation and education projects in Galapagos. The Trust strives to ensure the Galapagos archipelago is protected for the benefit of its unique wildlife and for humanity.

Whether you have already visited the Galapagos, or are preparing for your trip to the extraordinary archipelago (the very first UNESCO World Heritage Site), we recommend you sign up to the Galapagos Conservation Trust newsletter where you can learn more about the Galapagos Islands and the Trust’s great work.
