In fact Le Rêve is the only upmarket boutique hotel in Providencia – rooms start from around £100 per person which includes breakfast and it really is worth every penny.
Another area opening up with a few new intimate hotels is the arty residential quarter Lasatarria, close to the centre (try toe Lastarria Boutique Hotel).
