Costa Rican waterfall abseiling

cos05-waterfall-abseilling-free-caroline-maber

Descend a jungle gorge with ropes, dipping in and out of the torrential cascades of waterfalls.

For a truly exhilarating experience in the natural realm of Arenal, our abseiling trip will excite your senses as you weave through the gushing cascades of a series of waterfalls.

Safety is paramount on this descent along a course of fun and exciting abseils, and you'll be guided by a specialist instructor at every step. The first abseil is the highest – a dizzying 48m vertically hugging the side of a waterfall – and you'll soon find yourself confident in the technique. As you follow a stream on its course through a rainforest gully, the course leads down rocky drops and often right into the path of waterfalls, ensuring you get a good drenching – and a full submersion in Costa Rica's natural world.
