When to go to Weddell Sea
Late October - November
This is the courting season for wildlife; leopards seals as well as Adélie and gentoo penguins search for mates and birds begin building their nests. You’ll also spot large, fluffy Emperor penguin chicks. The landscapes are fresh and untouched by humans at the beginning of the season. Days are very long with plenty of sunshine hours.
